Wolseley Bridge Garden Centre, Staffordshire

Accessible for all, Family friendly!

Flat walk through the nature reserve, the ground is all hard standing, either made from compacted gravel or decking (both of which are wheelchair and push chair accessible). There is a birdwatching hut and some decking that is situated over the lake that children can use to see the lakes wildlife. There is a bridge intentionally submerged in the stream as a paddling area for children and dogs. A large decked area goes around a pond and has multiple benches to sit on and natural musical sculptures. Dogs are required to be on lead due to the amount of ducks, geese, swans and birds around but are still allowed to paddle in the lake, stream and river. In the summer there is sometimes cows in the field alongside the river but this is completely avoidable. The other side of the main car park is a hill that has child and dog friendly tunnels built into it.
