Tredegar House Park, Glamorgan

Tredegar House is an old manor house situated just off the M4 in Newport, owned and cared for by the National Trust.

With beautifully kept gardens, small wooded areas and large lakes it is the perfect doggy walk on the weekend, with the opportunity to look around inside the manor house or grab a bite to eat at the café it is a great getaway for humans as well.

Parking on site is free for National Trust members, however there is a small lane round the back of the car park that is often used by regular dog walkers and non members of NT.
