Crooks Peak, Somerset

Walk with a view! Once at the top of the peak you can see for miles over cheddar, the Mendip Hills, Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding area. Steep walk but well worth the hike! With lots of different route up you can choose a quicker steeper route or a slower but more gradual incline. Few areas on near by roads to park close to routes up to the peak. Be aware of sheep that graze on the peak. Beautiful walk on a sunny clear day but will also clear away the cobwebs when the weather isn’t so good. Also a lovely spot to watch the sunset.
